Proofing Time: Generally you'll receive a proof within 1-3 hours during work hours
Printing: We print and ship anywhere from 1-10 business days depending on the products you ordered. Each product has production time listed on its product page. Larger orders may take additional production time. We can estimate the production time for your specific project. Use the chat at the bottom of the page or give us a call. Please Refer to our Production Times to get a better idea of your order's production time.
Shipping: Shipping can take anywhere from 1-6 business days depending on where you're shipping to. We offer anywhere from Ground Shipping to Next Day Shipping at the checkout. NOTE: We print and ship your products as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for shipping delays. We suggest you plan ahead of time and leave sometime in your delivery option.
Counting Shipping Days: We ship via UPS, Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays. Shipping days are counted by the weekdays, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. The first shipping day counts as the day after your order is shipped. For example, if your order ships on Friday and you have overnight shipping you should receive the package on Monday. We can assist you in choosing the best shipping option for your needs. Use the chat at the bottom of the page or give us a call.
Our shipping software calculates the exact shipping prices based on the size of the package and the zip code destination. You will always get the most current lowest shipping prices possible. To see our shipping prices simply add the products to your cart and it will calculate the different shipping options and pricing.
UPS Shipping Options
UPS Next Day Air Early: next business day by 8:00 am (by 2 pm to additional extended areas)
UPS Next Day Air: next business day by 10:30 am (by 5 pm in remote areas)
UPS Next Day Saver: next business day by end of the day (by 5:00 pm to rural areas, 8 pm to residences)
UPS 2nd Day Air Early: 2 business day by 8:00 am (by noon to rural areas)
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business day by end of the day (by 8 pm to residences)
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business day by end of the day (by 8 pm to residences)
UPS Ground: by 8:00 pm, not guaranteed, in 1-7 business days depending on location (see UPS Ground Transit Days map below)
Ground shipping is the most basic, least expensive option for oversized boxes, but is not guaranteed. We recommend placing your orders well in advance to save yourself money in shipping charges and allow extra time in case there are any unforeseen delivery delays.
